Hi there,
You’ve landed here, so I’m guessing you’re looking for support that actually addresses what you’re going through. Let me explain what I do…
I work with people who are struggling to make sense of their relationships. You might be wondering why you keep repeating the same patterns, making decisions you don’t want to make, or feeling drained, distrustful, or ready to fight.
Many of my clients are described as interesting, fun, or brave — but somehow, they can’t seem to see those qualities in themselves. Some people I work with are guarded, and hold back from people, while others give so much that they forget to take care of themselves, secretly wishing someone would take care of them. All of them long to feel seen, understood, and truly connected.
I believe you know what you want your life to feel like, you just might not know how to make it happen.
I’m a psychotherapist, a writer, and a consultant. My work centers on our deep need for connection, especially for Black women. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and work on building the kind of relationships you’ve always wanted — with yourself and your people.
Here’s what we’ll focus on:
Understanding your behavior patterns (and why they exist in the first place)
Exploring the motivation behind your decisions
Developing a stronger sense of self
Feeling safe and seen with your people
Your experience is specific and so is my approach.
