It matters to me that Black folks in general – Black women in particular – get what they need from this world and the people in it.

The women I work with typically find themselves bouncing between frustration and pain.

Despite that, they share a common thread of determination.  That's always our starting point.

I provide a virtual space that is calming, free of judgment, and grounded in self-belief.

Whether you fully believe you can have the kind of life you desire or you’ve never felt capable of doing hard things, you’ve come to the right website!

You and I work together to cultivate a deep sense of self-understanding.  My approach is rooted in childhood trauma, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology – from the perspective of Black culture and Black women. I bring a specialized perspective and set of experiences to our work together.

My goal is to understand what you envision for your life and help you get there.  We work together to unearth the causes of your specific challenges and rework the narrative you currently have about yourself and your ability to form and keep relationships.

Together we unpack the complexities of being a friend, being someone’s sister, and being your parents’ child. The truth about your experiences and what you’ve had to do to keep yourself safe and in some cases, alive, are invited and welcome here.

We all want to live the kind of life we imagine for ourselves.  The key is choosing the path that feels most aligned with where you are right now.
