It matters to me that Black folks in general – Black women in particular – get what they need from this world and the people in it.

The people I work with typically find themselves bouncing between frustration and pain.

They’ve experienced multiple ruptures throughout their lives but very few repairs.

I provide a virtual space that is calming, free of judgment, and grounded in connection and compassion.

Whether or not you believe you can have the kind of life you desire or you’ve never felt capable of doing hard things, you’ve come to the right website!

My approach is rooted in situational and prolonged trauma, attachment theory, and internal self-care. I bring a specialized perspective and set of experiences to our work together.

My goal is to understand what you envision for your life and teach you how to understand and take care of yourself in a deep, sustainable way.  We work together to unearth the causes of your specific challenges and rework the narrative you currently have about yourself and your ability to form and keep relationships.

Together we unpack the complexities of being someone’s partner, a friend, someone’s sister, and being your parents’ child. The truth about your experiences and what you’ve had to do to keep yourself safe, and in some cases alive, are invited and welcome here.

We all want to live the kind of life we imagine for ourselves.  The key is choosing the path that feels most aligned with where you are right now, in this moment.
